Who we are
My Agent City is operated by Gnuspeak LLC, based in California, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit myagentcity.com, create an account, interact with agents, or use connected services.
For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, email markk@gnuspeak.com.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not provide your information to data brokers. We disclose information as needed to operate the features you use, follow your instructions, and meet legal obligations, as explained below.
Information we collect
The information we handle depends on the features you use:
- Account information: your username, password hash, role, invitation and workspace membership, and preferences.
- Conversations and files: messages, AI responses, uploaded documents and images, feedback, agent instructions, saved lessons, and records of agent actions.
- Personal and career information: profile details, CVs, goals, preferences, saved jobs, application records, and other information you choose to add.
- Connections: provider selections, API keys or authorization tokens, connected-account identifiers, granted permissions, and information retrieved from services you connect.
- Technical and usage information: session identifiers, activity timestamps, model usage, performance measurements, errors, and security records. Infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses and request or device information to deliver and protect the website.
- Optional features and support: Telegram messages and chat identifiers, voice transcripts, notification subscriptions, and information you send when contacting us.
Information comes from you, your use of the service, workspace administrators who invite or authorize you, connected services, and sources that agents access in carrying out tasks. AI-generated responses and inferences may also contain personal information. Provide other people's information only when you are authorized to do so.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, maintain workspaces and conversation history, generate responses, carry out agent tasks, provide integrations and optional features, respond to requests, diagnose errors, protect the service, and comply with applicable law. Required account information is necessary to provide an account; additional profile information and integrations are optional.
Agent reviews and reflection features can examine workspace feedback, activity, and selected conversations to improve agent instructions and record lessons in a workspace playbook. Relevant information is processed by the AI provider used for that operation. These features change agent instructions and saved context; they are not a process for training our own underlying AI model.
AI providers and connected services
Generating a response requires sending relevant content to the AI provider configured for the account or platform. This can include messages, conversation history, instructions, attachments, relevant profile details, and results from tools. Providers may include Anthropic, OpenAI through a supported connection, or another provider or endpoint configured for your account. Their processing and retention depend on the product, agreement, and settings used.
Search and browsing tools send relevant queries or URLs to their providers. Other integrations exchange information needed for the requested task. Connecting your own AI provider does not prevent My Agent City from storing conversations in your workspace.
If you use voice input, your browser's speech-recognition service may process audio; the resulting transcript is used as a message. Optional generated speech sends response text to DeepInfra. Telegram messages pass through Telegram. Push notifications use the browser or device's notification service.
Google Workspace information
If Google Workspace is enabled and you connect an account, the permissions you grant allow supported features to access your Google account identity and email address, Gmail messages, Drive file metadata, Docs content, Sheets data, and Calendar information. Access depends on the permissions granted and the operation requested. Connecting an account does not automatically import your entire mailbox or Drive.
Relevant Google content retrieved in a conversation is sent to that conversation's configured AI provider to answer your request, and may remain in conversation history. Proposed email sends and supported file or calendar changes require your approval before execution. We store connection information, authorization tokens, and records of proposed actions and results to support these features.
We use Google user data to provide the connected features, not to sell information or target advertising. We do not train our own generalized AI models on Google user data. You can disconnect Google in Settings → Integrations and revoke access in your Google account. Disconnecting does not automatically erase information already included in stored conversations; contact us to request deletion of that information.
Who may receive information
- Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, AI, search, browsing, speech, and notification providers process information needed for the features they support.
- Services and recipients you choose: integrations may send information to connected services or recipients as part of actions you request or approve.
- Authorized people: workspace users can access information according to their permissions. Authorized operators may access stored information to administer the service, provide support, investigate security issues, or address legal obligations. Sharing an agent does not automatically share all conversations.
- Legal disclosures: we may disclose information when legally required or where necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember interface preferences and support the installed web app. We do not use these technologies for targeted advertising. You can clear cookies and site storage or block them through your browser, although this may affect sign-in and other features. Microphone and notification permissions can be changed in browser or device settings.
We do not conduct cross-site advertising tracking. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the service's essential account and session processing.
Retention and deletion
Account information, conversations, uploaded files, profiles, agent configurations, and saved lessons are stored to maintain your account and workspace history. The service does not currently apply a fixed automatic expiration period to all stored content. Retention depends on whether information is needed to provide the account or requested features, resolve an outstanding support or security matter, or meet a legal obligation.
Use available controls to remove supported documents or connections. For account deletion or information without a deletion control, email markk@gnuspeak.com. We review requests, verify identity where necessary, and respond within applicable legal time limits. A deletion request can cover conversations, attachments, and personal information retained in derived agent instructions or saved lessons.
Deleting information from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies. We address backup copies as part of the deletion process, subject to recovery needs and applicable law. Information already sent to an external provider is also subject to that provider's retention practices. We may retain specific records where legally required or necessary for an unresolved legal or security matter.
Security and processing locations
We use measures such as password hashing and access controls to protect information. Integration credentials are stored server-side so requested connections can work. No system can guarantee absolute security; do not put passwords or API keys into ordinary chat messages.
Gnuspeak LLC operates from the United States. Information is processed on the infrastructure used to host the service and by the providers supporting your selected features. Those providers may process information in the United States or other countries. We do not promise that all processing occurs in a single country. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your use.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can update available settings, disconnect supported integrations, and control browser permissions. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and opt out of sale or sharing where the applicable law provides those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send requests to markk@gnuspeak.com. We may request information needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. You do not need to create an account to contact us.
Adults only
My Agent City is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Registration requires confirmation that you meet this minimum age; we do not collect your date of birth for that confirmation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If we learn that an underage user has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it and close the account. Report an underage account to markk@gnuspeak.com.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
